It was a very short walk to the parking garage, and it was reasonably priced. We really enjoyed walking around downtown Knoxville, Market Square, Old City, etc. The restaurant options are great in Market Square! The hosts communicated often and even went out of their way to help me feel comfortable & supported will absolutely be staying again! "

Conveniently located to everything and a lot of choices for dining. Everything is walkable. We operated out of here and did day trips to Pigeon forge and hiking. "Excellent!! Very cool location. Clean and new unit/building. New appliances. Very industrial decor…. Nice! The sliding barn doors are cool but can be very loud, especially at night! The listing states that there is limited toilet paper but the rolls were half used when we arrived. There is a convenient store right across the street so that’s nice for grabbing necessities. Washer and dryer in the unit but the washer runs a long cycle so they could supply more bath towels just for convenience....
