It was super clean, had wonderful amenities, a welcomed surprise gift, and perfect location. 3 golfing buddies and I shared the home. "This property was 10 minutes from my workshop so location wise it was perfect! And it was nice and quiet. It had the perfect accommodations, nice shower, full kitchen, parking space. Julie the owner was responsive and accommodating! I couldn't ask for better! "

"The property is very clean and quiet, and for the most part, guests are respectful of that. In this recent trip, one guest across the hall left their barking dog in the room, no fault to the hotel. The guest could not be reached to come and quiet their dog. The hotel graciously moved us far away from the noisy dog. Now if only the guests were considerate of others it would be a win-win for all."

"We spent three nights at this hotel as part of a college tour of San Jose State. The hotel is wonderful - we had a lovely room and were very comfortable. A couple of things broke during our stay - the toilet paper holder and the electric shade and both were fixed right away. One thing -It was the week before California spring break and the hotel was eerily empty. Very few guests meant we got to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves the entire time. The park next to it is a little sketchy but we felt very safe. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood which was fine. It was really a great place to stay and if my daughter goes to college there I will stay there again. "

"Great stay. Rolled in early enough to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. Found a great parking spot $20/night in their lot above where the pool hot tub and office are. They have coffee, snow cones, and popcorn until 9PM. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was surprisingly clean and roomy. Microwave, fridge, TV, plenty of lighting and outlets. No utencils or platware, but had glasses. Laundry facilities were clutch - free and they even had detergent and dryer sheets on hand. Total life saver for our younger family of five coming down from Seattle by way of San Francisco. Theres an ice maker, cooler sized ice maker with scoop, and water filteration machine. Our room 105 was right on the aisleway and it was still very quiet (kids loved the garbage truck in the AM). Shared deck was totally fine having people near us. Kids made friends. Right on the start of the Boardwalk location. All the food options around close at 9PM. Pool is heated, hot tub was great, and firepit was warm. "
