Great location, needs work
The property is in a great location for proximity to the coast. Kids loved the pool, we appreciated the hot tub and being able to walk to the beach. The main shower has black mold growing in several places and the living room only has one couch (we squeezed all 4 of us on it but if we had a bigger family it would have been a pain). The settee you see pictured is rock hard with no back so you wouldn't use it to actually sit in. Posting this feedback in hopes vacasa invests in the property to upgrade it for future guests!

Could stand some maintenence.
The property was very clean except for some issues with mold in the master tub. The furniture was very comfortable. The main issues were, the screen in the master bedroom window was falling out and had huge holes in it, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work. Also, the handle was broken off the microwave and laying on the counter. It would have been nice to have toilet paper in both bathrooms upon arrival, there was only a partial roll in the second bathroom. Otherwise the property was nice and in a great location. Communication received from the management company was very good.

Short Walk to the Beach
Very nice, clean, comfortable and dog friendly Island condo that is a short walk to the beach. For those with dealing with physical issues the stairs are steep. Some feedback, we were advised during check-in that earlier that day if was found that the heater did not work. As such, we were provided space heaters. From my perspective that should have been a temporary solution and the issue should have been promptly addressed during our stay.

10am Checkout for this Moldy Unit, filthy floors and clearly not sanatized
This condo was quite disappointing. Passcode is someone's phone number so when you are trying to unlock the unit, you always have to have that long code handy which was the least of our problems. Check out is 10am. Unit has mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, which came complimentary with someone else's hair in it. Other shower had bonus hair as well. Surfaces were not cleaned and some still had dust. Unit not sanitized between people staying, just linens changed. Bunk bed top bed is falling apart and the bed is very shakey/screws very loose. Worst part was the floors. They were so filthy that after we all showered, within 5 minutes it looked like we just walked around in the parking lot with no shoes on. All in all it was a pretty unpleasant stay. Sad because The Beach Club Condominiums are normally on a higher standard than this particular unit was. You pay for 18 hours for this unit. Problem is, during that 6 hour break, the only visible thing that occurred was someone changed the sheets of our beds. Definitely will be staying at these condos again. Just not this one. Please fix the mold issue as it can be extremely unhealthy for people staying there. Sorry for the honest review.

This Condo was beautiful, the location, pool area are excellent, the beach is within walking distance which is perfect. Had a little trouble getting in but Joseph from Vacasa came to the rescue right away and helped us open the door. Will definitely stay here again.

Way overpriced for the actual place. Couch was awful, chair even worse. Two seniors could not sit in any comfortable position. Had no heat from second night forward. No cooperation from Vacasa. No elevator, impossible for seniors. Several parts of this unit were not code. Terribly unsafe bath. Stairs were treacherous. Bad experience.

Great Location but the place needs a detail clean
Great location, however the condo needs a detail cleaning. There was mold in bathroom shower, dust everywhere and hasn't been vacuumed in awhile; corners a very bad. I would suggest a new cleaning crew. Overall the location is what made it great.

The sounds of the ocean from the comfort of your balcony.
It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time in a beautiful setting within a few blocks of the beach. It was a nice walk over there. The property has a nice hot tub & pool to relax in or on nearby lounge chairs provided under the palm trees or umbrellas.

We were super close to beach. Hot tub and pool were as promised! Would come again. Only thing was the kitchen had some cleanliness issues but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. I communicated this with management and they responded promptly!

The place was clean. There was only one comfortable chair and there was no lamp near that chair. The sofa was cheap and completely worn out. The kitchen faucet was damaged and hard to shut off. The door lock was worn out and hard to operate. There were large patches of rust the bathtub and in the dryer.

Cute place. Walking distance to the beach. Check in and out process was easy and convenient. 24/7 helpline was somewhat helpful. Workout facility was even better than pictures. Unit was clean, but I did see a couple of roaches. I know it is hard to keep them away in attached units though. Deal breaker for me is that they did not have Internet access (as stated in ad). I teach online classes, and my daughter is in medical school. This was huge for us, unfortunately. If I didn't need Internet, I would probably stay there again.

Great for families!
Beautiful condo and super close to the beach! We especially appreciated all of the amenities, including a washer and dryer on site and a fully equipped kitchen. Our family of 6 slept comfortably and the younger ones loved the pool area and fishing pond. We'll definitely stay again!
