I know Expedia cannot possibly keep up with every Hotel that is on their site. This hotel has breakfast included on the site, but no breakfast or mention of a breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is also listed as 'Pet Friendly', but it is hardly pet friendly. When I checked in, I was hit with a $75 pet fee.... NOT a deposit, but a pet fee. Not a very nice surprise. I may have let this slip, but in talking to another guest that was leaving when I was, she had a pet and was charged as well. To make matters worse, her dog is a registered service dog, and HAS stayed at the hotel before, but the other guest forgot the service vest. The staff would not budge. I think the staff has been warned by the managers or owners to never let the $75 extortion pet fee slip or they could get in trouble... I have stayed at this hotel 5-6 times over the past 4 years. Never again.... it is the hotel's responsibility to keep Expedia up to date since a large portion of their bookings come from Expedia.
