"Ive stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The staff are all very kind and speak English. The hotel is basically on the beach/marina. Very nice little town. The train station is 3 minute walk and the train to Rome is only 4 Euro. This little town has few tourist so its not very busy. It is about a 1/2 mile to the Sicilian American WWIi cemetary, very nice part of history. "
"Nice hotel, overlooking the Mediterranean. The only problem we had was that the hotel restaurant did not open at 7:00, as advertised. After waiting outside the locked restaurant door for 10 minutes, we decided to head out and find another restaurant. (Fortunately, there was a great restaurant close by.) Everything else about the stay was great. "
"A beautiful historical hotel, originally a farm built in 1617 and as such is a protected building.
The modern leisure facilities are outstanding and happily serve the local community.
The busy town is about a 5 minute drive away."
"Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, centre of town. The included breakfast was excellent. There was no kettle in the room to make tea and coffee nor an iron (although this seems to be the norm in Italy). The staff made me cups of tea at the bar when requested. There were no blackout curtains or blinds so the room was very light at night with spotlights from adjacent building and bright sun in the morning. The room was also very warm ( it was December), we had to turn off the...
"It is in a convenient location, but there were some areas that didn’t meet expectations during our stay. It’s a place with potential, though certain aspects could benefit from improvement."

"Beautiful Villa that transports you back in time. Friendly staff with a free shuttle bus to the main town of Frascati. Fantastic breakfast. Definitely an experience not to be missed. It’s a 10/10. "

"Everyone in the hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was the same, to take transportation you just walk 11 minutes (via del mare) and if you want to go to the center of rome it is quite cheap. Thank you all for your attention!"
"I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient.
The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful.
Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel.
We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground.
