"Lovely hotel, very laid back. Decor was relaxing, tall ceilings, huge comfortable bed. Staff were excellent and friendly, nothing was too much...great service. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Fantastic location on the edge of old town. Only issue is road access (restricted and one way) and parking - you have to use public garages which are extremely difficult to manoeuvre in. Not a reflection on the hotel but something to consider if you're traveling by car.."

"This hotel is beautiful, nicely situated and run by very friendly, and yet, professional staff. The ONLY reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars, and this is personal to me, is that the wall separating my room from my neighbour’s was quite thin, allowing noise to travel. Otherwise, this was a thoroughly lovely hotel. (Fortunately, my unknown neighbour was not a partier, etc, so I did still manage a good sleep.)"
