"Good hotel"

"The hotel is undergoing renovations but this did not bother me. I recommend it for a good stay. The treatment of all the staff was always friendly and the girls at the reception always had a smile when greeting them. When I checked out at 6:30 am, they did not give me a receipt and I am not sure if they released my $100 deposit to my credit card. I must wait for the report from my bank or provide the email to contact them."

"I had a great stay at the Westin Fort Lauderdale. Staff was kind, our AC wasn’t working and a technician named Waldo helped sort out the issues very quickly. Overall nice hotel, clean and safe. Would come back"

"This is an older hotel that is currently receiving some updates. There is no place close to eat at except a sports bar and a food truck. They do offer transport to port of Miami and fort Lauderdale along with airport transfer."

"It was a very central place with easy access for those renting a car. We went to Palm beach one day and south beach the next. It would have been nice to have a safe as we were pre cruise with money and passports. "

The staff is always super helpful, especially Suzette at the front desk who has been there a few years and it the absolute best, going above and beyond for guests at check-in, or really helping with anything needed during out stay! The bungalow rooms are my new favorite rooms! The Plunge is always a good idea! "

"Right by the beach and is a little bit quieter and private. Nice lobby area and spacious places to visit downstairs. The Wreck Bar looks fun and has a mermaid i missed this time around. Had a room with a balcony with a great view of the ocean. "
