"The property owner was responsive and accommodating. There was an ice storm during our stay and he checked in on us a couple times. The house was clean and well maintained. It is perfectly located a short drive to Woodstock, hiking trails, and the town of Phoenicia. We are already planning our next stay!"

"Perfection - everything we needed/wanted was here. Close to fishing and swimming holes. Grill on the porch. Beautiful fire pit area for hanging out. Marshmallow skewers. Firewood, coffee maker, metal bowls. We were not wanting for anything. The space is truly picture perfect. Clean. Lovely sheets and towels. Hope to return again soon. "

"We had a great stay with plenty of room for 10 family members along with plenty of offstreet parking for our 4 cars.! This is an older renovated home! Lina Management was easy to work with and responsive. House, deck and yard were clean with privacy fence and hedges around it all with a very LARGE yard. Great Firepit. Great Hottub. Great Deck outdoor table for 10+ people. Terrific Kitchen fully applianced with dishes pots pans etc Living room and Dining room huge Mini Billiard table was great for hours of fun. AC in each room of the house, so everyone had control of their own room temperature/comfort. Large tv in each bedroom and living room. plenty of closet space in each room. Large comfortable beds. There were 7 bedrooms and so we did not need them all. No problem for us, but it is located on the Main Street without sidewalks, and traffic is brisk. we did not hear road noise inside house. Only 3 minor issues upon arrival we noticed. 1. a basement window was broken when we arrived and the board covering it had fallen off onto the inner windowsill. That window still needs to be replaced. 2. there were some deep scratch damage to the walls in the living room area when we arrived. we notified Lina Management and they said no problem, they would take care of it all when we left in 2 days. 3. Front Load Washer in basement smelled moldy and needs a thorough cleaning, but I forgot to mention it to Lina Management. Overall a terrific vacation home to get away."

"This charming home was lovely for our visit to the Catskill Mountains. The stream is right outside the door and the hot tub was relaxing. We appreciated the updated kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of towels and other essentials. There are good local restaurants five minutes away in the town Phoenicia."
