Compromise nothing at this awe inspiring mountain-modern ski estate! Winner of three Parade of Homes awards, this designer luxury home offers everything needed for an amazing mountain retreat, including five luxury en-suites, forest and mountain views, ski access, architectural brilliance, sprawling floor plan, chef's kitchen, designer finishes, private hot tub, high-end gas grill, pool table...and more.

Nestled in the evergreens and backed by National Forest, this 5200 square foot masterpiece sits within an exclusive gated community on the slopes of Copper Mountain. The Baker House sits a mere 50 yards from access to the Lumberjack or Woodward ski lifts. At the end of a long day on the slopes, a long smooth green run will deliver you back to this access point.

The grand entry welcomes visitors with impressive views from the floor to ceiling windows. Take a few steps down to the main living area featuring a large gourmet chef's kitchen with seating for 17 between the dining room, breakfast table and island bar. Guests can sit by the fireplace and enjoy the beautiful views of historic Peak 1, or watch TV from the large, cozy living room. Two floors down, the lower entertainment room offers another fireplace, a large TV with HDMI access for gaming consoles and a pool table.

Five unique bedrooms offer spacious quarters for guests. Three private master en-suites with comfortable king beds are located on their own levels of the estate. Couples can retreat to their rooms where they can watch TV or relax on their own private deck or patio. The lowest level offers two modern timber bunk bedrooms, each with their own full bath, consisting of a total of 6 queen beds.

The back of the home offers panoramic views of the national forest and features a relaxing, private hot tub on the lower level and a large deck with gas grill on the main level. The national forest offers guests the opportunity to hike, snowshoe, cross-country ski, or watch the abundant wildlife.

The home contains an over-sized 2-car garage with an electric car charger, indoor and outdoor ski/snowboard racks, a boot and glove drier/warmer and plenty of space for other gear in the attached mud room.

The home also offers a large laundry room, high speed WiFi internet, and parking for up to five cars total with a heated driveway.

A local, luxury management group brings the final touches of opulence, convenience, and relaxation. In person check-in with a tour of the house ensures that guests are acquainted with their vacation home from the beginning of their visit. Personal touches such as bamboo sheets, locally roasted coffee, and concierge services creates a luxury experience for this luxury estate. Fantastic amenities. The garage is a mini ski lodge with lockers, benches, 32 place boot n glove drier - enough for 8 persons. Quick 2 min walk to ski trail. Teenagers loved the xbox360, pool table and bar area. Awesome for a great ski getaway.

Great stay with children and grandchildren.
Loved our stay at Baker House. It was very clean and had everything our family of 13 needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful huge open kitchen, dining and living area were we could all gather and not be crowded. The large hot tub was a favorite spot after long days of outdoor activities. Only complaint was the sleeper chair and sofa in lower level smelled of urine so no one would sleep on them. Have recommended to our friends.

Multi-family ski vacation
We shared the Baker House in January with 2 other families and cannot say enough nice things, it was an amazing vacation! The house offers ultimate privacy with its multi-level layout, giving each couple their own suite and the kids their own complete level. The amenities, with multiple washer/dryers, state-of-the-art kitchen, heated garage and driveway, hot tub, and stunning views all around left nothing lacking. River Ridge Rentals was proactively ensuring our stay was enjoyable and the private shuttle for Lewis Ranch was easy to book and always immediately available. Parents and kids are all in agreement that we will definitely return!!

A great place in a great location! One of the best open common areas for all the family to gather and eat, have a cocktail, play cards, or just socialize. On Christmas Day the water pump servicing many houses in the area went out. A rep cane to the house and informed is of the problem and got it fixed timely on a day when we figured nothing would get done.
