"We used the room to sleep and shower. It was small and extremely outdated. The kitchenette cabinets were new and nice. That is all. The TV small, the shower dangerous and slippery. And we had to call maintenance to even have a shower. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor and we used several of our towels to mop up the water. New towels were never given. "We enjoyed our stay in this modern and well equipped condo with friendly neighbors. Check in progress and communication was very smooth. We liked big TVs and newer appliances. All utilities worked well and we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The condo is a great place to stay, close to Goodland and everything that Marco Island has to offer. There is a very nice walking path to the Goodland Bridge. Nature is just out the door. The renovation of the mangroves is interesting. Marta is very hospitable, prompt, and easy to work with."
