"House was spacious, clean and well decorated. Very convenient location. Next time we're in Grand Rapids we'll be back."

"Property was clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool and foosball table was a hit with everyone. Rooms were nicely set up and felt very homey. Upstairs was warm (I don’t think there was any air conditioning) but it worked out for us because we only used it for sleeping. Fans available in the rooms and open windows during the night cool it to a comfy temperature. We were happy with our stay!"

"The house and property are beautiful and only 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Carolynn was nice to leave the pool open late September with the weather being so hot! We had a wonderful time!"

"The house was in a great location. The house was clean. Not far from restaurants and the downtown area. The neighborhood was quiet. Jay was very responsive. I would love to stay there again if in the area. "

"There was enough room for my 18 people. The house was in a good location only a 12 min drive to downtown GR. The host was very nice and answered fast when I had questions."

"Great place for a quick getaway with the kids and dog! Fantastic outdoor space with fire pit, great for hanging out. Games in the garage were fantastic for technology free family time. Older home with nicely updated interior spaces. Near by dog friendly beach was clean and beautiful, only a 5 min drive. 5 min walk to nearby beach, but not pet friendly, beautiful as well. Fenced yard was private but not completely enclosed for letting a dog off leash. "

"This property was a perfect pic for our trip. We had two teenagers my husband and myself. Ned’s were super comfy. Lots of space lots of extra amenities, blankets, sheets, towels, shampoo, toothbrush, anything you might’ve forgotten was there. Even Ramen noodles for the boys. The house was nice and toasty and warm so we could warm up after we were done fishing on the pier for hours at a time.
