We stayed here on our way to New Hampshire. It was lovely! I would stay here again if we're ever back in Cooperstown without our dog (I was in Cooperstown two years ago, but we had our dog with us so I rented a house then). The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. Our room was small but met our needs and had a great view. It was very clean. You could hear occupants in connected rooms, but it was no worse than a hotel or a normal home. I have added it to my permanent notes so I remember this if I'm ever back in Cooperstown.

The Landmark Bed & Breakfast was just lovely. An historic old home that has been lovingly restored with modern amenities. The staff is very helpful and kind. The morning gourmet breakfast is outstanding and plentiful. There are free snacks and campfire with S'more's. The inn is in walking distance to downtown and very close to Lake Otesaga. I highly recommend!

Such a lovely place! We had a nice, comfortable room and enjoyed the friendly staff. We loved the booklet in the room which included staff recommendations for restaurants and sites; that was a nice personal touch. Breakfast was excellent. The Landmark is an easy walk to the MLB Museum and other sites. Don’t hesitate to book it!

We stayed in one of the rooms in the back, Petite Provence I. I was thankful to find accommodations that allowed a one night stay, since we were just passing through town. However, the room seemed very much like an add-on to increase revenue and was very expensive for what it was. We had to open the doors and windows because the room smelled musty upon arrival. Definitely did not feel like a four-star hotel. Towels were fluffy, but the vanity was very very small, despite the bathroom being able to accommodate a larger one. I suspect the rooms in the main house are far nicer. The downstairs common area was well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated and breakfast was delicious. Nick, who checked us in, was delightful, and service at breakfast was good. My advice is to ensure you have a room in the main house if you stay at this property.

The building itself is a beautiful Victorian with modern art touches. The staff was exceptionally informative and welcoming. Our room was spotless with very high quality linens and a wonderful multi-jet shower. The bed was very comfortable. Recommended highly.

We had a wonderful time at the Landmark Inn!! It is absolutely gorgeous, and every person we met there was friendly and helpful. Our room was incredible! It had the charm of an inn, but with modern conveniences, like a large shower with 3 different shower heads. The breakfast was fantastic!! Each dish was special, and the kitchen folks were really fun to talk to. I can’t say enough about how great the Landmark Inn was. We would love to go back. Did I mention that everything is spotless??!

Absolutely beautiful property and room. It was immaculate and the breakfast was 5 stars. We were able to walk everywhere. The owner even let us keep our car there for a couple of hours after we checked out. I would go back again and stay here in a heartbeat. Exceeded my expectations.
