"Excellent hotel but thats the reason for the high price."

"Only a very brief one night stay so didn’t get to see too much of the hotel apart from the room and reception. Receptionist was lovely and friendly and check in was good. Room was in a great condition, super clean and comfortable. Nice and central. Close to tram. NCP car park just across the road which is handy though mega expensive (£30 for the 15 hours I was there). "

"After arriving from Greece minus our luggage the young lady on reception was extremely helpful sorting dental packs for us and making sure we had everything we needed, staff in the restaurant for breakfast were also very nice along with any other staff we encountered. Lovely clean spacious room with everything you could need. We did think the bar closed quite early( 23:00)."

"Had an amazing stay at the hotel. My second time staying at one of their hotels and both experiences had a phenomenal one. It was my husband’s birthday and they upgraded our room and gave us free drinks to celebrate. Will come and visit again can’t recommend them enough! "
