"This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated."

I would say the equivalent of staying in a hotel where half of your family is in the nice room and half are on the next floor. "The location is perfect nearby friends and family and anything you may need. The arrangements of the townhouse are perfect for a larger group. Having the full kitchen makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals lowering the cost of travel. Clean and well appointed. "
