"Rustic little cabin, very clean. It is a small place but it was just the two of us, except my wife's sister did stay 2 nights with us when we went to Niagara Falls. You have to know the area to appreciate the place, which my wife did. Close to the Charcoal Corral with it's drive in movie and live entertainment. Host was excellent."

"I had trouble with the lock box until we realized it was not going to unlock-that you open it to get the key lol. Pleasantly surprised at the cute cottage, very clean and everything you need. We brought our own water and coffee pot as it was only 2 of us and I am used to my tiny 2 cup cone filtered coffee. The Atari machine was fun. My dog enjoyed doing loops around the place and going down to the fishing dock. Not a long drive to the artsy 5th most laid back town in NYS Naples where everyone...

"Beautiful property! Easy access. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. However, due to the awkward layout, we would have been much more comfortable with privacy window treatments in the front porch area. Also, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. "We had a wonderful stay with our family. It was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, we grilled, we had a fire in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. My only suggestion would be to have an 11 am checkout, it was a little difficult to get all the linens and towels washed and be out by 10 am and we only used the downstairs two bedrooms.Thank you again for letting g stay at your place we reworked anhiyedniur tine. "

"Mark was an amazing host! He was quick to answer our questions and was checking on us throughout our stay. We visited Naples for my son's wedding and the cottage was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious enough for my wife and I and it was only a few minutes from the wedding venue. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."

"The area is scenic, just beautiful. Cottage is well maintained and pretty. Furniture is comfy, and little details are attended to. It's a busy area but the backyard is private. I've stayed in cottages where they didn't have salt and pepper, or any hand soap. This place had a selection of spices, soap in each bathroom, all the towels. Even some shampoo and conditioner! Rachael was easy to talk to and responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend 😀"

"My sister and I quite enjoyed our stay at this property on Conesus Lake. The kitchen and bath are well supplied with anything you should need. The Lake is serene, with ducks and hills frequenting the docks. The property faces East so the sunrises are breathtaking. 🌅 The property is also easily accessible to stores (Aldi, Walmart, Wegman's) to pick up supplies. Rochester is also only 30 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking at Letchworth State Park, an absolutely beautiful park. All in all...

"The problem is that the property is physically small, it's short. Not a problem for most people, but being 6' 3", I was hitting my head on a lot of stuff, and hunching most the time I was in the cabin. The cabin is very cozy, it all takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, it is a great small place to stay in. It would be best to get there early to get the heat figured out, if you need to do that. There are a lot of amenities to make sure everything goes smoothly and to pass the time...

"Perfect place for our whole family to stay and have own bedrooms for all. We had 4 families staying. Enjoyed being on the lake. We rented a boat for one day. Appreciated all the lake toys that were available for us to use. The house was very clean. Beds a little uncomfortable but adequate. This was our second year."
