"The hotel itself and the staff were wonderful. Well maintained and updated rooms. It is by the beach but you can't use the beach. It is very dirty with trash washing ashore. It is not a good sight to see. The location of the hotel is far from everything. The port/pier and everything else is at least a 20 minute drive, Can't walk to any place. No taxis, only tricycles. The hotel shuttle costs so much. "

"For the price, the room was EXCELLENT! Great personal service, Breakfast was great. Right on the beach for less than 50 US dollars for the nice. Small but nice cabins with everything you need. "

"I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great. "

"We had a beachfront room with balcony. Room is clean although the bathroom has sewer smell once in a while and some fixtures needs replacement as getting old and rusty. Staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast is just ok. The location is close to many restaurants but still the area feels private and quiet. The beach is very nice and feels private. "

"This property is nothing fancy if you want to have it all stay somewhere else. This is my perfect place with comfortable accommodation right of the beach . Staff i cant say enough about them they treat you like family. Best dining in town the team of wonderful ladies created some perfect meals breakfast lunch and dinner. If you want to have a vacation here be prepared to have a little fun. I stayed 8 nights here and is now my go too place when back. If you want a in room massage done. Just ask...

"I liked the location of the property, it’s very convenient. I did not like that our room air conditioner broke down the first day (also on our last day). We had to move to another room while it got fixed and staff was gracious about that. Shower water pressure in bathroom is non existent. Also wasn’t happy that our ride (thru the hotel) to the ferry port was a no show. Security guard saved the day by booking alternate ride but we nearly missed our scheduled departure. "It’s truly a paradise here. More than I ever expected the experience to be. Nice staff, excellent food and a very quiet atmosphere. Rooms were amazing and has hot running water for bathing or showering. Sea is very close and has beautiful beaches. "

"Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try...
