"This is a very clean, comfortable, well appointed hotel with a very large & beautiful garden that is great for bird watching. The staff are friendly & professional. My only complaint would be that you can hear all the noises of plumbing or people moving around/talking during the night, and of the birds when they start calling very early in the morning. "The Hotel Novo was as described, great staff, hotel could do with some tlc but I was only one night here arriving late from the airport and heading to the Pacific next day. Room was clean, bed was comfy, WiFi worked fine and breakfast was much appreciated. Couldn't adjust the air con but that could have been user error from my side. Can't really complain from a price/quality point of view. Also there was no noise but I was not on the street side. Really handy if you are using the bus station."
