"The property itself was very close to the beach and main street which was great! Within walking distance there were so many shops, restaurants, cafes and activities so there was always something to do. The house had bikes, sand toys, boggy boards, and lots of towels for the beach. The only negative was that there wasn’t fans in every room in the house and the AC didn’t always get to the upstairs. The neighborhood was loud the weekend before the 4th with people surrounding the house doing...

"This place was ideally located. Close to everything you could ever need or want. It was clean, the beds were super comfy. The only cons are the road noise at night is pretty loud, with motorcycles constantly going by so loudly setting off car alarms. Also, the "plenty of street parking" isnt quite accurate. When we arrived we had to park blocks away and bringing a weeks worth of luggage that far wasnt fun. On street sweeping days we had to park in the boys and girls club parking lot as there...

"With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! The villa is spacious, luxurious and the views are beyond beautiful. We did home cooked meals, pool days, beach days, and evenings outside on the patio with the fireplace. Thank you Jeff! Your villa is a true GEM!"

"House was perfect for our occasion! Great location surrounded by things to do. Quick trip to ocean. Great restaurants/markets within walking distance. The home itself was beautiful. Equivalently, the hospitality was second to none. Ran into a small issue with WiFi and they quickly resolved. Couldn’t ask for more!!!"

"Enjoyed our stay here as it allowed large group of friends to all stay together under one roof instead of having to book multiple hotel rooms. Location was great as well though the drive up in a 15 passenger van was an adventure. Host was always responsive to any questions. "
