The service was good, it was a quite neighborhood only about 7 min walk to the main plaza. I only didn’t like the water pressure to shower. It is not ideal to shower bc no water comes out at all.

The total for 1 night was 902.70. I gave the check in woman 1000.00 and she gave me back .30 pesos. I had to argue with her to get the correct amount back. Also the bathroom was over 12inches higher than the rest of the room which is very dangerous. I will be writing a bad review on trip advisor, Expedia and other social media.

Todo fue excelente, el cuarto es grande limpio y te recibe con varias botellas de agua y chocolates (detalles son muy valiosos). Baño muy limpio y el jabón y shampoo que ponen es excelente, las toallas esponjaditas. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, tv con cable. El restaurante abre de 8:30 am a 1 pm (no muy seguro del horario), muy rico los desayunos con buen sazón. El staff fue increíble, cuentas con personal y seguridad las 24 horas. El area es muy buena a 3 cuadras del centro, Comitan es muy tranquilo y es muy agradable las caminatas que dimos a varias horas del día y noche. Pasan taxis en la calle del hotel o pueden pedir al staff llamar uno.

Es un lugar acogedor, seguro y bonito. Todo el personal muy amable y con muchísima disposición. Lo único que no me agradó fue que solo dejaron 1 toalla en el baño a pesar de que la renta era para 2 adultos y pues tuvimos que estar pidiendo a diario que nos dieran una extra.

Las habitaciones son pequeños y cumplen con su función si deseas dónde llegar a dormir . El personal muy amable y servicial. Un lugar cerca de la plaza central y de varios restaurantes. La zona me perece tranquila.
