"We enjoyed the home for our 4 night stay. The hot tub got much use, the kitchen was outfitted well. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Our dogs loved the backyard. We played games when it was raining. We know the owner was available if we needed them but they pretty much left us alone. I would recommend this location for folks coming to the Wichita area."

"Reasonable place to stay, but definitely need photos to accurately display the unusual stature of add-on areas to home and the bathrooms that are in desperate need of repair and cleaning, particularly the upstairs. With slanted ceiling, the shower curtain was cut and didn’t cover the shower, stay in place, keep water from major overflow to the floor, and had mold all over them. The window curtain/rod (straight in front of the toilet—at floor-level) did not stay in place or have correct...

"The property was as advertised - a few family traveled to Wichita for the NCAA Basketball region and stayed at Delano Delight, just a short distance from downtown Wichita and INTRUST Bank Arena. The owner does mention the property backs up to a loud highway and it does but they provide ear plugs and white noise machines, which overcame the highway noise and made for a good nights sleep both nights. Although I only counted two white noise machines for two bedrooms, unless I just didn't see one...

"This was a great home for our visit. Lots of space both upstairs and downstairs to lounge and relax. Very fun outdoor space with hot tub and basketball hoop as well. "

"The home was immaculate! Location easy to get to. Lots of added amenities. Only issue was the highway is close and you can hear it at night when trying to sleep - but I am a bit of a light sleeper. Mattresses appeared new. Decor was tasteful. Stairs have the features of an older home; quaint but a little steep. I would stay here again."

"Perfect place if you are in the Hutchinson area. Cutest cottage and very clean. They have thought of everything. Basketball court is perfect for teenagers to get energy out!!"

"I was surprised how low the beds were to the floor, but I had no problem getting in or out. As an elderly person I do feel a grab bar for stepping in and out of the shower would be very helpful. Glad you had coffee and creamer on site. "

"We needed to go to Wichita to take care of some things for my elderly mother in law. However, 3 of our kids families and 7 of our grandkids live in the area as well. Although only a few of the grandkids actually spent the night with us, it was place for all of us to gather, break bread, catch-up and watch some basketball. Alexandra, was a great host and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to renting it again in the future."
