The grounds were very icy due to the harsh weather conditions but the host made sure to send someone out to plow and salt right away. We had so much fun. "Nice area and not to far from all the fun! Hotub was great and there was plenty of space to all hangout together. Kitchen table was great for everyone to sit together for meals and planting games. Split units in all the rooms so everyone slept comfortably. Owner was very prompt in messages and phone calls. "

"Multi-level cabin with ample bedrooms and bathrooms ….four levels with the master on the top level and a walkout basement with a game room on the bottom level. It was pretty cold and snow during our stay so the walkways and stairs to enter the house was a bit of a challenge. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and pool table and took advantage of being close to the Delaware Water Gap for some hiking (although the main road to the park is closed in the winter). "The size of the house was accurate and the game room was spectacular. We really loved the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms had plenty of comfortable beds for large groups. Scott was very responsive during the entire stay. We had an issue upon arrival and he was able to fix the problem without issue. "Lisa's property was great! It was very clean, had all the essentials, and the beds were VERY comfortable. Lusa was very responsive. It was minutes away from a hiking trail aling the Delaware Water Gap. My husband and I hope to be back!"

"Our large group had a great time at Green Gables. Communications with our hosts were prompt and efficient. The home is beautiful and was more than enough room for our 20 group. We were able to prepare meals everyday in the kitchen, there was more than enough room especially with 4 people cooking. The table was way bigger than the picture made it seem. We were able to fit a large amount of us during meals and playing games. Our group was skeptical about the bathroom situation, but the 5 bathrooms...

"Place was as listed. It was clean and came with what was needed. Only recommendation would be to bring your own laundry detergent and extra towels for the hot tub. Also, be careful as the side walkway gets slippery with the ever changing weather."
