"We stay here every time we visit Cripple Creek. Staff is so kind and accommodating and the breakfast cannot be beat. Our room is always wonderful and even if there is a problem, the hotel staff works quickly to remedy the situation. Would highly recommend. "

"The Midnight Rose Hotel was very nice. The people were so nice everywhere! Our room was so comfortable and clean. The restuarant is top notch. Awesome food. We enjoyed walking around and also touring the museums and learning the history of the town. "

"Quiet neighborhood away from any larger towns or cities. We knew this was off the beaten path and was perfect for us!! Colorado Springs was about 45 minutes away. We did all the touristy things like garden of the gods and pikes peak, and at the end of the day had a peaceful retreat."

"Just stay here !! Never write reviews, but when it’s great I feel the need to pass it on . Owners thought of everything and exactly as pictured, only better ! "

"Very nice place. Close to a lot, but remote as well. I look for places that are "secluded" and private. Anywhere you look, from this location, you wont see ANY other structures. Just forest, and the road is 30ft below you. Very modern, and fully equipped home, with no one, and nothing but forest around it. The hot tub faces west, overlooking the tree covered mountain slopes at sunset. Fantastic place to stay. "

"We had a great time staying here with our large group, and it is quite remote but not too far from some sweet spots. We enjoyed royal gorge, pikes peak, cripple creek, and seven falls, to name a few of the cool spots. All were within about an hour drive, and the home was a great place to come back to each night. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"The road into the property can be rough, but access to this particular cabin is limited to AWD or 4WD vehicles. And add rain or snow, and it would be 4WD in low gear only. The cabin was well equipped in all areas, i.e. kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and included a washer/dryer which come in handy due to the remote location. Grounds were clean and well kept. Too bad the wood burning stove inside is not available. "

"We really enjoyed how secluded this home was. Deer and chipmunks frequented the back yard. Only suggestion: With no cell service we couldn’t text the manager and couldn’t find where she lived so, with WiFi, an email contact may be more effective if needed. "

Beautiful home and property

"We spent Thanksgiving at the property. We had 7 adults in our group and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms (4bd/4bath split between couples), which was great! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and feel comfortable. It was a nice touch to have the Christmas tree set up when we arrived. There is also a grocery store 2min from the property that came in handy for an errand, and Woodland Park/Starbucks is only 15min down the road. The views driving to and while staying at the cabin were epic. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets were captured. Definitely on our list of places we would recommend/stay at again!"

"It was rejuvenating experience that was as relaxing as it was soothing. The views were majestically breathtaking and a real sight to behold. We really enjoyed the heated floors and the wood pile was stocked so we could enjoy the cold snowy days cozied up by the fire."

Quiet retreat

"My son and I stayed at the home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a holiday meal. The home is a good space to get away. There are neighbors, but they are hard to see through the trees. My son loved playing in the snow around the house and explore. There was even a nice surprise when we pulled up of a swing hanging from the deck. We loved every minute of it and it was a nice home away from home. The host, Michael, is quick to respond to questions, which I appreciated. We would definitely stay in the home again. "

Cute little cabin getaway

"We stayed here for a week hoping to take a little break in the mountains and it was lovely. The cabin in a quiet location away from major street noise and light. The stars glow at night from how clear the sky is. The location is great for groups that want to explore the nearby parks and trails. And the deer are adorable and really do come right up to you! The owners were super responsive and sweet, thanks for a great stay! "

"This was our second time staying at this property - for a reason. It's a wonderful cabin, secluded, extremely clean and close to everything we want to do. Kyle is an amazing host - very responsive and attentive. My wife and I are already planning our next trip and will be staying here again. We are creatures of habit so when we find a place that is perfect, there's no need to change! Great job, Kyle!"

"We absolutely loved the cabin. Very private and the view of rocks was amazing. We explored the property which was natures perfection The wildlife at the cabin included bobcat, deer, chipmunks, fox and mountain lion . Just perfect for my husband and I. We definitely plan on coming back in the future. "
