"Our stay was for a special occasion and to check off a bucket list to climb the Incline. The Cliff House was so historically excellent and different for us. The only thing we think would improve this is if the hotel host could provide information about the incline and how to get reservations as we didn't now reservations were required. "

"I like the Briargate area. The hotel is mid update but alot of it was pretty run down. Our shower faucet leaked everywhere. Almost every light fixture and everything else on the walls were crooked. There's just a lot of shotty workmanship throughout the hotel. Room size is better than the hilton nextdoor for the same price this is my choice in the area."

The room was nice, but not exceptional. I personally like a harder bed, but if super soft mattresses are your jam, then you’ll like the beds. "

However, one does wonder when the next step of updating staff at this facility will happen, and the characteristic uniformity associated with Hyatt quality will be employed.
