Boasting bright south facing windows, cozy living room with Futon sleeper and master bedroom with Queen bed, full size kitchen, laundry, full bathroom with shower and tub. Quaint place near downtown
My friend and I stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed it. The checkin process was super easy and the place was very clean. This property was in a very walkable location and close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family.

This place is great. It is easy to find and only two blocks from dining establishments. Its quiet and has everything you need in the house. The TV only has access to ROKU channels so no local channels. Overall a great place to stay near downtown. We would stay here again.

Fantastic accommodations!
Property was clean, unique, and located within minutes of restaurants, shopping, or sightseeing. Easy access in and out and the convenience of check in was so nice. Chris was so responsive and we enjoyed being in such a safe and comfortable apartment. Everything you need at home was available to us. Just a great experience and a welcome respite at the end of a long day in Colorado Springs.

This was a great place to stay while exploring downtown Colorado Springs. There are wonderful restaurants, breweries, museums and shops to visit within a short walking distance. The place was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The apartment was exactly as described. Loved the kitchen - everything needed to cook meals was there including an air fryer, rice cooker, spices, cookware & bakeware, microwave & oven. Very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment including games, books, candy, electric teakettle and Keurig. Cozy atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect place to stay
The apartment was stock with everything you would need. Enjoyed setting outside to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. Also, close to eating establishments & within a few miles of a park with pickle ball courts. We felt safe in the neighborhood. If in this area again would definitely stay here!!

Quaint and quirky apartment with delightful shared patio space and awesome location. No additional pet fees which is amazing and the hosts were super friendly and speedy responders! The bed is definitely closer to a full than a queen so it was a smidge tighter than we expected, but that’s my only lil note! Would definitely stay again :)

Nice place with a real home feeling. Scary parking on the street with cars whipping by inches from our parked car. Big mean dog lives in main house. We really did love it though easy walk to old downtown

Amazing Property
Boulder Place is a cute, quaint apartment in the heart of Colorado Springs. The location is very close to shopping and dining. The apartment also has all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. We were easily able to prepare meals in the well stocked kitchen and was able to do laundry with the on site washer and dryer! Absolutely wonderful! We will definitely stay here every time we come to the Springs!
