Great Location
We loved our time in this house! Great location to see all we wanted in Colorado Springs and plenty of room for our family to spread out. Beautiful views, easy check in, and deer in the yard each morning!

Great stay
We spent two nights at house in Colorado Springs, which was located in a good spot for Manitou Springs and old Colorado City activities. The neighborhood is older with hit or miss caretaking of homes (including next door), but never felt unsafe or inconvenienced by it. EVERYTHING ELSE was absolutely perfect. The house was spacious with great views. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean on arrival. Kids loved the games available including foosball and connect 4 on the wall. Communication with owner was great and timely. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Colorado Springs.

Convenient location, beautiful view!
Our extended family drove down to Colorado Springs for a weekend visit and this was the perfect place to stay! The view of the Garden of the Gods was wonderful and, as we we’re going there after driving up Pikes Peak, the proximity was perfect. With a trip to the zoo and checking out the Broadmoor the next day, we couldn’t have been in a better place! The house is clean, well equipped, and the owner was wonderful about communications. A great stay!

Perfect Home for a Girls Weekend
Hilltop Haven was the perfect location for our girls weekend. We wanted to hike, shop, go the spa and relax. This house is centrally located for all the activities in the CO Springs area! The home was spacious, clean and just as described. We would definitely recommend it! You will love your stay here!

Very clean house with a great set up for a family. Very convenient location for activities!
The check in and out process was easy. The house was very clean and set up great for a family. We enjoyed the games downstairs in the evening. The beds were very comfy. I appreciated some items in the pantry like peanut butter, ketchup and mustard. The location was great for garden of the gods, the Cheyenne mountain zoo, and Manitou Springs. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Property!
Great setup for our adult family. Room to spread, enjoyed the game room and spacious table to play games. Morning coffee was enjoyed by a great view of Garden of the Gods in the distance. Convenient to explore Old Colorado and Manitou Springs. Kitchen was equipped to do cooking. Host had great communication and was responsive to questions.

Cute and close to many activities, but in a unique neighborhood
While the neighborhood is a little hit or miss (some nice houses and some a little sketchy), the interior of the house was quite nice. It was pretty close to a lot of activities though, so if you can handle a unique neighborhood then it’s great. Some quick pros - lots of room, pretty deck with a nice view, good wifi if you need to work, have amenities like toiletries and coffee (but no filters…we left some behind) and fun games downstairs for the kids. Cons- clogged toilet and shower drain in one of the upstairs bathrooms, cleaning crew didn’t have time to put dishes in dishwasher away, and wish I would have been better informed about the neighborhood. Overall this owners have done a nice job, but as someone who also runs a VRBO, the property manager and cleaning crew they use could use some work in my opinion.
