Our home has a 6 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds!

5 of the bedrooms have 1 Queen Size bed in each & the 6th bedroom is a large master that has 2 queen size beds in it. Baby crib or high chair available upon request.

Each room has it's own smart TV for each guest & any kids who may want to watch cartoons while falling asleep.

The upstairs has a full size kitchen for you to cook the amazing dinner after all days of outdoors and enjoy it with the Lake view! The downstairs has a kitchenette. Both levels have washers and dryers and their own bathrooms!

Enjoy morning coffee or hot chocolate on the front porch with the view of the lake! Or by the fireplace with the view of the mountains!

The garage is used as a small workshop by a friendly local so don't be alarmed if you see someone there sometimes :)

Perfect place to stay!

Great House Near Colorado Springs
This is my second time that my family has stayed at this property. The house was perfect for our visit to USAFA in Colorado Springs. It is very spacious and in a great location, with amazing views, in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was very easy and the host, Anthony, had great communication. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a great stay.

Beautiful House by the Lake!

Outstanding property nestled in a quiet Palmer Lake neighborhood. The house was very clean, check in was very easy, and the property stacked up to how it was advertised online. The property manager provided prompt and detailed answers to questions through the VRBO app. Great location and neighborhood, within walking distance to the small Palmer Lake downtown, park, and lake. This property is adorable and met all of our needs. The owner was helpful and responsive to our inquiries. The little touches like make-up mirrors in each room, plenty of towels for our big family, cute & current decor, plenty of kitchen supplies, two spaces to hang out in, and plenty of parking. The owner made sure we had a high chair and pack & play (already set up when we arrived)! The place was very clean as well. We saw deer on and around the yard every day, which was a treat! We would definitely book this place again.

Anthony is an outstanding host. He is very flexible and as long as communication is two way and prompt, he ensure that you and your guests have an amazing stay. Palmer Lake paradise
Anthony was an amazing host!!! This place is squeaky clean and as advertised with the ability to support sleeping space for several people who were in town visiting for a surprise birthday . The location was extremely convenient, the check in process couldn't have been easier, and when we needed to get in early for the out of town people Anthony was immediate in response and accommodating. We even had a small mishap with a pet and he was very understanding. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again. House is beautiful!

Girls Trip!!!
We had the best time staying here for our first ever girls trip with our daughters!! We attended the Taylor Swift concert in Denver Friday night and just had a short drive to our place after the show! Super easy to get to! The house is so cute and loved all the decor! We enjoyed our time on the deck and was super nice to be able to walk down to restaurants and get coffee! Checked out Palmer lake and Went to Colorado Springs to hike Garden of Gods! Anytime we had a question Anthony answered within minutes!! Highly recommend staying at this VRBO!

Where to begin…..The house was very spacious, easily accommodated our family of eleven plus 2 dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked. Walking distance to Palmer Lake with kayaking, fishing, disc golf, playground, etc. Easily accessible to various hiking trails. The patio had great Mountain Views which we enjoyed every evening while we barbecued. Saw various wildlife. Anthony, the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We stayed 4th of July, and had an AMAZING fireworks show from the balcony! Highly recommend!

Family Christmas at Beautiful VRBO
Beautiful home. 7 adults 2 kids family Christmas celebration. This home was perfect ,two complete homes...almost, lower level kitchenette. Allowed for the family to have plenty of space and privacy. Nicely stocked, all we needed to bring was food and of course ourselves. Location across from Palmer Lake, which was iced over, saw people ice skating, and playing ice hockey. Watched many deer come into the yard to eat from a bush. So lovely. We were blessed with a White Christmas...was magical. Owerner of home answered all questions promptly. Home was clean and comfortable. Made our get-together unforgettable.

Loved our stay!
We stayed here with our bridal party before our wedding. The inside was super cute and just as pictured. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It is not actually on the lake, but there is a walking trail to get across. It was a good location and close to everything.
