"A nice cozy cabin. It is all one room, so that’s something to keep in mind if you are looking for a separate bedroom. It’s right on a main route, so it’s easy to find. Close enough to Thendara/ Old Forge to get what you need or go out, but still in the woods. Lots of nice hiking nearby and cabin was super comfortable for two. "

"The ultimate place for relaxation! Host was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. Enjoyed kayaking, relaxing by the campfire and fishing. Watching the sunrise is beautiful, coming up over the water. We brought all our food, so we enjoyed our family meal time right there. Highly recommend!!"

Trail on the property was very nice, and plenty of hiking nearby. We did not get to use the fire pit because of the weather, but the oudoor area looked very nice. Would absolutely return. "

"Desolate area. Cabin was perfect size and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Cabin owners responded to questions and concern’s in a timely fashion. Had our two nine year old boys that couldn’t play on their tablets or video game consoles. I’ll just say if you have young kids with you “bring board games, bikes, scooters etc”.Overall we had a great time!"

"The house is exactly as pictured. My family and I stayed at the property for 4 nights. The beds were clean and made with fresh sheets. There are plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen also has everything that a family would need to cook on site, which we did for the most part. As per Michelle, the Internet connection was upgraded and considering the remote location of the house, we had no issues with streaming or browsing on our devices. "Great cabin - clean, comfy beds and very quiet! Only complaint was the house water had an awful sulphur smell and we couldn’t drink it. Even taking showers & brushing teeth was unpleasant. Would suggest getting a whole house water filter and then the property would be 5 star!"

"Our stay was wonderful. Our whole family enjoyed the beautiful home and the quiet lake where we were able to fish, canoe and enjoy the water. It was extremely close to the town and we were able to spend time out at dinner, Water Safari, and the shops. The only thing I would say would be difficult to find house as it’s hidden and the driveway was a bit tricky but other than that, our entire family enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!"

"The West Canada cabin was outstanding. Beautiful location with a great view of the lake right from the windows/decks. All of the conforts of home within the cabin, beds were comfy, kitchen was well appointed, had plenty of towels and having the washer/dryer was definitely quite helpful. Emily and the Kuyahoora staff were excellent in accomodating our needs with a late arrival and communicating with us. Highly recommend this resort and the cabin for any group of 6 to 8 people. "
