Step into our lower-level which was designed for entertainment and fun! The lower-level game room features a ping-pong table, full-sized table for card and board games, a mini-fridge, extensive DVD and board game collection, electric fireplace, 82" TV, and comfortable seating for the whole family on a large leather sectional which ensures everyone can enjoy movie nights or relax after a day of adventure. Connected to the game room is an arcade room with a foosball table and four separate arcade games (Ms. Pacman, Golden Tee, Wheel of Fortune and Attack from Mars Pinball). With a full suite of games to keep everyone entertained, the lower-level is the perfect place for hours of laughter and friendly competition. And when it's time for a break, take in the stunning western-facing views of Lake Coeur d'Alene through windows or the private deck, where golden sunsets create the perfect backdrop to your day of play.

GUEST ACCESS
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• The house has a smart-lock and the code will be provided before arrival.
• The large, paved driveway provides space for parking multiple vehicles. There is a large hill leading up to the house and the driveway is steep. Snow tires and/or chains are advisable during snow season.
• There is no guest access to the garage, utility room, the primary suite closet, and two other small hallway linen closets. The foyer closet and four other guest room closets are fully available for guest use.

HOUSE INFORMATION & RULES
• Maximum 16 guests (13 adults maximum).
• Lakeview Pines only rents to families or responsible adults over the age of 25
• Within 48 hours of booking, the primary guest must provide proof of a current and valid state issued driver’s license and sign the Vacation Rental Agreement in which the full terms, conditions and house rules for a short-term rental at Lakeview Pines are contained. If for some reason, the primary guest cannot agree to the terms of the Vacation Rental Agreement, the primary guest may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking and obtain a full refund (minus any processing fees).
• No Parties or Disruptive Gatherings.
• In compliance with the Kootenai County Noise Ordinance, Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, guests must keep all noise inside and to a minimum and shall not generate loud music, outdoor activities or any other source of noise that can be heard beyond the perimeter of the Premises.
• No smoking or illegal substance use.
• No pets.
• Lakeview Pines is located on a hill and sits on over 4 acres of land. For the protection of its guests and for the protection of the 4000 square foot home, Lakeview Pines provides exterior security cameras. The devices record audio and video, when motion is detected, 24/7. The exterior cameras are located at the front door, front porch, backyard (NW side of house), backyard (facing slope/lake), driveway (left side), driveway (right side). Additional security cameras may be used and activated inside areas inaccessible to guests (i.e., locked-off areas of the home).
• A $1000 security hold will be required and placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
