So much is within easy walking distance, including City Park on Lake Coeur d'Alene, Tubbs Hill, and the North Idaho Centennial Trail, all less than a mile from your door. You'll also find great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops and ample free parking in the surrounding blocks.

Accessed by a flight of stairs, this upper-level apartment has a bright and easy simplicity to it. Before heading out for a day spent on the lake, on bikes, or on the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course, prepare a hearty breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig for your morning coffee.

In the afternoons, come home to toss the day's clothes in the communal laundry room (the owner provides quarters for the coin-operated machines at no extra cost), stream movies on the smart TV in the living room, and log onto the complimentary WiFi at the windowside table or the bedroom desk. Additional amenities include air-conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fans throughout the apartment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
