"We all had a wonderful time! The house comfortably accommodated all five of us, and the yard was perfect for our little dog. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach, capturing beautiful sunrise photos, and the bay was also within walking distance for another stunning sunset view. The host was kind and quickly responded to all our questions."

"This property was a great fit for our family vacation with 6 adults and a baby. It was in a great location close to the beach, just down the street (5 min walk) was an access point to the beach. It’s close to the pier and lots of different restaurants. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated making you feel like you are right on the beach."

"This vacation house has a lot to offer. The pool is beautiful and warm, the location is convenient, the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels for both swimming and showering. The beach chairs and umbrella and cooler were an added perk! When a couple of minor issues arose during our weeklong stay, we were in touch with the property manager a few times. She was helpful, kind, and quick to respond. "Overall a great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach. We have stayed here at Cocoa many times for spring break. The house was as described. Rooms were nice and all the beds we comfy. Cathy was a great host. This was the 2nd house we have rented from her. Pool was nice and kept at a great temperature. Very close to the beach and pier. We played golf a couple of days, and we saw a launch at night which was very cool. Also, a storm was over the ocean, so we had a great light show. A Mister Donut is...
