Our Cocoa Beach home is a 3600sqft, two-story (with elevator) 6 bed 5 bath private residence.

Amazing gatherings out back feature a beautiful heated pool, hot tub and comfy lounging around the fire pit. We are located 100 meters to the sand, a 5min or less walk to the Pier, several bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Ron Jon Surf shop and other local attractions are less than 1 mile away.

The kids will love the garage game room with ping pong, foosball, and arcade games!
And everyone will enjoy the beach gear (pictured); bicycles, soft top boards, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more.

Perfect Spring Break Trip
We had a total of 14 people (3 families). The house was perfect for us. Location is right in the middle of a busy area and you have plenty of privacy. The pool was bigger then anticipated which was great for the kids.

Perfect location
This house has everything you need for large groups! Fits everyone comfortably, close to beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Has all the appliances, kitchen stuff, beach stuff, just seriously everything you need! Place is clean and has enough space for everyone to do what they want but all still feel included. Loved the game room, different places to hangout and enjoy your time!

We traveled from Ohio with 7 adults and 5 kids, 7 and under. The house was perfect, each family was able to have their own space and the common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us. The private pool was perfect since the weather was not the best. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The house was a great size and was very well furnished with just about everything you could need. Ample amount of linens, dishes, etc. super short walk to the beach and pier and other fun bars. The beds were all super comfy and made for a great night sleep.

Everything about this house was great! Just steps to the beach, several restaurants in walking distance. Ample space for our party of 12 (3 families). The hosts were accommodating and responsive. The house was stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. I will be staying here again :)

Wonderful stay!
The house is so big and spacious and has so many amenities! It was easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go and it’s so close to the beach!! The house completely accommodated our group of 9 and would probably be a great fit for a family too, plus the host is very easy to communicate with. I loved our trip!

Great Family Vaca!
Wonderful family stay at Coca Beach. The house was amazing and had plenty of space and amenities for the whole family. The pool area and entertainment garage were a big hit with everyone. We were lucky enough to catch a SpaceX launch while we were there, so that was an awesome bonus! Everything you need for a luxury stay is there, so we would definitely book here again.

Beautiful and spacious the perfect beach house vacation!
Wow! The game room, pool and comfy TV room were favorite spots for my four Granddaughters! Amazing collection of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys really made our beach time fun! Beach was absolutely perfect; only a few minutes walk with the Coco Beach pier just near enough. Great grocery store and Dunkin Donuts in close walking distance was nice! Rooms are VERY large with lots of balconies! Beds were ALL Comfy and A/C kept house at perfect temperature! A gigantic freezer/refrigerator and TWO coffee makers was a nice touch! They thought of everything! Our host responded to ALL questions and issues immediately!

WONDERFUL experience!
It was a dream of mine to take our adult children and our grandchildren somewhere close to a beach. The walk to the beach was pleasant - only about a city block from the house. We all loved the beach and we all loved the pool. The sitting areas were large enough for us all and each couple had their own privacy in the bedroom they chose. We have no complaints. This home and location fulfilled my dreams!

Absolutely loved this property! We’ve done a yearly family trip for 4 years in a few different places in FL and we will continue to return to this house. We found the perfect place! It was laid out fantastically for our large group with two living room areas, large dinner table, king rooms with their own bathrooms and amazing outside patio and pool! The owner and property manager are a delight to work with! We can’t wait to come back!! So much so, that we turned a normal 7 day vacation into 10 for next year because 7 just wasn’t enough time to enjoy this place!

Great house!
We enjoyed our stay as a family group of 9, ranging in ages from 3 to 69. The house is huge and everyone had a space of their own. The pool was a hit with the kids, as was the garage turned game room. We cooked all of our meals at the house and found the kitchen to be well stocked and we dined outside by the pool each night for dinner. My husband used a surfboard almost daily and the kids loved using the boogie boards. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great Family Vacation
I had my 3 children and their partners, and my 5 grandchildren join me at Casa Cocoa for a family vacation last week, and it was fantastic! The house was perfectly laid out, giving everyone their own spacious bedroom with private bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the garage/playroom was a big hit with the kids. The back yard, pool and hot tub were awesome. There were lots of floats and pool toys, and plenty of towels. We walked (one block) to the beach and the Pier several times for a change of pace. The house manager and owner were helpful and responsive to my questions about the area attractions, etc. Would definitely recommend!
