Honeymoon Cruise Cool Down
House was very large and very nice. Had plenty to do to keep you entertained and everything you could really ever ask for or need. Had plenty of nice little touches to add to the wow factor and just add to the overall experience. Made relaxing very easy and natural.

Wonderful Home

Great Family Vacation Home
This was a beautiful home that was very well maintained. Best of all, a great vacation home for a family with young children. It has everything to keep kids busy, from a basketball hoop, to swings, to a pool table, to the private pool. The location was perfect, being close to grocery store, restaurants and beaches, all within walking distances. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation home!

Amazing house and location
The house was amazing. It is as well appointed a rental as I’ve stayed in. The beds are comfortable and the linens are plentiful. The sectional in the TV room is enormous and comfortable. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Tomas was responsive and willing to help. I would definitely stay again!!

Yearly Cold Escape
My husband & I, with 2 other couples, from CNY stayed here. We had higher expectations from the internet posting, but did Enjoy our stay. We try to plan our vacations a year in advance to escape the cold. This place was more expensive then others we've stayed at. The other homes had more to offer, for less money & better location to the beach. The host was great & very accommodating. Thank You.

Perfect family rental
We had an amazing time! Plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool was the perfect temp! Night swimming was also fun with the pool lights. The home had plenty of sleeping space and extras for the kids! Toys, sand box, swing set, air hockey, ping pong table. Super close to the beach, places to eat, Publix, and souvenir shops! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great post cruise stop
We stayed here after a cruise for two nights before returning home. Everything was great! The kids had a blast in the house with so many games to play. Grocery store and beach were easy walks but we never really wanted to leave the house! It was the perfect ending to our vacation week. Tomas was incredibly responsive and accommodating and we’d definitely return if ever back in the area.

Pool heated even in winter!
This house was great for our stay in Cocoa Beach! My husband and I stayed here, along with his parents and our kids- ages 9 & 11- for 4 days before a cruise. The location was great- easy walk to Publix and also the beach. My in-laws aren’t so great at walking, so while they couldn’t walk to the beach they did enjoy walking in the neighborhood. We felt very safe in this area. The house was equipped with all we needed for a day at the beach- wagon, boogie boards, towels, chairs. My son loved playing pool with everyone at the house. Many other games available too- air hockey, darts, Foosball

Amazing Beach Getaway
This is the most clean and best VRBO we have ever stayed at! We stayed here prior to our Disney trip. The weather was a little windy and chilly, so we were so glad to have the extra amenities here. Heated pool/hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, etc. When we did make it to the beach, we had chairs, a buggy, and a few sand toys. We didn't need the umbrellas, but they had those too. Tomas has thought of everything! We had a small issue that was fixed immediately. He truly cares about giving you the best stay! the neighborhood felt very safe and there is a Publix just a few blocks away.

Senior Trip!!
We have stayed in several rentals for spring break, but this beach house was the absolute best!! Being very particular about the places our family stays, I can say this beach house exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, we had an amazing experience here!! Everything was very clean and the pictures represented the place well with only a few minor changes to layout and decor. Tomas was very prompt with his responses, accommodating with our requests, and all with a gracious and kind attitude! We loved all the amenities and had so much fun!! The area is pretty chill and the house was in a great location to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Close enough to visit Kennedy Space Center and Merrit Island too. You will have everything you need when you stay at this Bayview Park beach house!! I can't wait to visit again! Thank you Tomas!

Everything you'll need or want!
We rented this VRBO to enjoy the warm weather and beaches of Cocoa Beach. The house was amazing. The pictures and descriptions on the website were accurate. The house was clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The beach is an easy short walk away. We watched a Space X launch from the nearest beach which is only 5 blocks away, what a great bonus for our 12 year old son. Cocoa Beach is an excellent location to watch launches. The pool was amazing and the entire pool area is well designed. We had one rainy day and that's not a problem here as the house has billiards, foosball, air hockey and darts. There are also bicycles provided. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a Publix 2 blocks away. There are several restaurants within walking distance and numerous more within a couple miles of the house. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.

Excellent property
We had to change our plans last minute due to Hurricane Helene and found this property. Location is walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier and very easy. Property is in excellent condition and had beach equipment for us to use which was a plus. Owner had a lot of recommendations for places to eat which helped since we didn’t have time to research the area. Would definitely highly recommend this property and hoping to stay again!
