Bartender horrible

"The overall service was good, except for the guys at the Bar. Barman super rude and servers horrible! I had to stand up and ask for the menu several times, talk to the bartender which gave me a horrible treat pizza was burnt twice and flavor disgusting. At one moment I decided to get water from my room and the same rude bartender asked me to pay like if I was going to run away. Next time he should ask if I needed something else. "

"Great place. Super quiet. Very clean. Only complaint is breakfast stuff is cold so if you don’t mind half cold eggs etc. all good. Apart from that very nice place the owners and staff are very very very nice and friendly and attentive. One of best places to stay in west bay "

"My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Roatan celebrating our anniversary. The staff at Paradise went above and beyond to make our trip special. There were flowers on the bed with chocolates when we checked in and surprised us the following day with a special anniversary dessert on the beach! The location is great, the beach fantastic, food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the courtesy airport transportation was hassle free! We’ll definitely be back!"

"I had such an amazing experience from booking to departure. The staff were super attentive and organized. The food was amazing, rooms were clean functional. They offer so much support take initiative to ensure that we are well taken care of. The location was great to feel that it felt still home to Roatán.
