"When checking in received the wrong room from what was reserved. However the staff fixed the error. The room was clean but the carpet had holes and the room could be updated. "

"Everything was great. The only suggestion is the shower knob needs to be tightened. This was our first time at Shell Island Resort and it left a pretty good impression on us. "Overall it was a great hotel. However when we first arrived we realize the air conditioning unit wasn't working. We had Hotel staff come take a look at it and she thought she had it fixed but it didn't work. In the end we had to transfer to another room which was inconvenient but not that big of a deal.
