"Upon arriving at this property I was taken by it's beauty. However, there were many things that made my stay difficult. I had over 15 people at this house so needles to say we required all bedrooms. But, there were leaks ALL throughout the house including directly above one of the beds making it unusable. "The property was comfortable and mostly suited to our needs. Advertised as sleeping 17, we only found bed space for 12. We had 15, three ended up on the floor with nothing but a blanket to soften the surface. No sectional in the main room, as stated, only two well-worn leather couches and an oversized, well-worn, leather chair, none of which were suitable for sleeping. The text mentioned bugs and rodents. "This was a weekend getaway with my best friend for some R&R. Studio was nice, very private and quiet. Although it is river front there is no view of the river itself unless you walk through the property to get a better view, but you can hear it."

"This was a nice property. The thing to remember is that it is an RV. The temperatures in the area while we were there were over 100 degrees with that being said the AC had trouble keeping up and we kept blowing the breaker. The first time it happened the owners were very quick to respond and showed us how to fix it if it happened again and they also brought us homemade donuts that evening which was very nice.
