"This was our second stay at this hotel. We love the location which is close to the park/waterfront and walking distance from shopping and a good selection of restaurants. Also the Urban Market has a great cafe for coffee/food plus a good selection of fresh produce. We definitely prefer the upgraded room which is a little more space and has a small table/chair set up, but the bidet option is available for all rooms. We took advantage of the gym/pool/hot tub which was lovely - esp since most of the time we were the only ones there! On the downside - parking is an expensive valet only option (less costly alternatives nearby) and there isn’t a business center or much in the way of open seating. "

"Friendly staff at checkin upgraded our room at no charge. We had a great view of the harbour from the 21st floor. Convenient location and comfiest beds. I’ve stayed quite a few places in Vancouver and I plan to return here next time. "
