"A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Very modern hotel a 10 minute stroll to the square in st Omer. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were great and shower fantastic "
"This is a very basic apartment and has a very odd damp/mouldy/unaired smell on entering & a little dusty but it was fine & had everything you could need for a short break including an iron & board, hairdryer and kitchen equipment including a coffee maker, toaster & microwave.
It was quite small but was enough for 2 adults & a teen. Parking was included & the car was outside the apartment so easy access & secure.
Fabulous communication and easy access to keys etc and we were given entry 2 hrs...
"My wife and I have been visiting Hotel St. Louis over a number of years and have never been dis-appointed. It is convenient to Channel Ferries and has safe parking. The staff are very helpful and dinner presentation and food excellent. Breakfast was also good value. Main wing of Hotel also has a lift to all floors. "
"Stayed for two nights during a business trip to a local client, great place as a change to usual hotels I use and I will certainly stay here again. The owners, who also staff the Chateau, were very friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and the room I stayed in had so much space with a great view of the garden."

On a previous visit in a cheaper room we had an iron provided , a functioning coffee machine and milk and a larger table. This was a warm cosy room. The coffee machine this time did not work. Unfortunately everything in town on Mondays is closed and there is no...
"This hotel was booked owing to its convenient location for our plans, including Cassel. It is close to the railway lines from Calais and Dunkerque and freight trains may disturb sleep if the window is open."

"Great stay. Would have been better if we were told before hand that there would be a security deposit to be paid at check in. We were only aware of the £8ish tax fees. Had no communication via email before check in either. Other than that it was lovely. "

"Very friendly staff. A calm place for a stay. The food was excellent without being particularly imaginative which suited us all fine. Our 7 year twins were treated with charm and patience and so was our dog. We also greatly enjoyed the pool. "
