"The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. "Lots to comment on here- horrible smell (coming from the garbage disposal), shower that did not drain (had to stand in six inches of dirty water), and spider bites (as well as having to remove several bugs/spiders )- the biggest problem is that this is a lower level unit and you hear EVERY step the person in the upper unit takes. In our case there were night owls who moved a lot ALL NIGHT LONG! So we stayed three weeks and got very little sleep. And finally, just know they will not let you in...

"The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice"

"This property was perfect for our stay. It was about 10 minutes away from the aquatic center. The area felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. There is one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except garbage bags. There weren't any garbage bags in any trash can, so we just used grocery store bags in the kitchen and bathrooms.
