"Me and my husband had a great time while we stayed here and everything looked like the photos. The condo owners were extremely helpful with any issues we had and were quick to get back to us and have it addressed. I will say that this isn't the most accessible property as this unit is on the third floor with no elevator so if you have any mobility issues that could be a problem but otherwise it's great place to stay."

"Drive up to Carolina every year for the big game Falcons vs Panthers. My previous location was booked and this was my alternative. Property was clean and presentable. Distance from door to stadium 🏟️ was just under 2 miles. Great place to stay if you want to be near Uptown and eateries. Host accommodative and hospitable."

"This place had everything that we needed to accommodate us while staying in the area to visit family. We did go and buy a table lamp because the living room was dark without the ceiling light. "

"The check in process was delayed and unorganized and when we got into the unit we were shocked to see only two beds when listing showed 3 beds. When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much...

"What to say about the host of this property! responsive within minutes. Paper towels stocked as well as toilet paper, Great towels and plenty of them as well as sheets and pillows. And the location. A grocery store within walking distance; a wonderful pizza/Italian restaurant; CVS, And South Park only 3 miles away. I was there for 2 weeks. Feels like home. Stay at Sara's place on your next visit to Charlotte. You will not be disappointed "

"We found the unit to be very comfortable and enjoyed the gym, lounge and pool amenities. It was a very convenient location near many stores and restaurants. This was a pet friendly unit, but we did find the carpets in the bedroom and the carpet in the living room to need deep cleaning or replacement because of strong pet odors. "

"The apartment was nice, clean, and large. We couldnt of asked for a better place. The check in was easy. However, the amenities on the property grounds were not functioning, including the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. It was a bit of a bummer, since those amenities helped us decide on this place."

"The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice"

"Overall, my family and I had a fantastic stay. The suite was spacious, but as another reviewer pointed out, it is more of a studio-style layout where the sleeping area is not separated from the living area and kitchenette. Additionally, communication within VRBO was rendered useless despite the fast reply time as I was redirected to the front desk for most of my questions and concerns. We would definitely book again and have already recommended it to others."
