"We were so impressed with this sweet, cozy little house. It had everything you could possibly want and more! Due to the nature of our visit to the area we didn’t spend much time at the house unfortunately, but we were so happy with our stay. It truly felt as if we were being welcomed by someone who was happy to have us staying at their home. I’m hoping to be able to book this same location the next time we come to Grand Forks. "The place was clean, but the area was not in a great location. I grew up in and near GF. The apartment was clean, but it Also needs more TLC. Especially the bathroom! My kids would not shower in it. They showered at my mom's townhouse. The house was very noisy as well. My daughter woke me one night stating she was woken up by a scream from outside. The apartment worked for us, but I cannot give a good review. We will not be staying there again."

Below are some of the things that I observed: House cleaning: (Just to name some of the things, there are more, it is clear that this house has not had a deep cleaning in a LONG time) - Gross brown spots on tile next to toilet (which looked suspiciously like blood; and I cleaned myself) - Towels don’t match, some are old and have gray tinge to them; they are not uniformly folded or placed on the shelf in any order - Shower curtain smells sour, there is...

Holding On To Greatness

"We were visiting Grand Forks during winter for a UND hockey game from Texas, so the first night was one of adjustment As we walked in the lobby area was welcoming, showing a little age but WARM. Check in was quick because of pre check in which was nice. Upon entering our poolside room, we were hit with a heat wave and were unable to locate a thermostat. There was a wall mounted AC unit so we turned it on and cooled off the room however it was very noisy. We turned it off to sleep and it turned on by itself and blew heat on us so we had to turn the noisy AC back on. The pool area as the rest of the hotel is showing some wear and tear but was still very enjoyable. The breakfast was great with a good variety and was resupplied often with a great selection of tea. We would stay here again and might even try to bring a group of college friends to have a little reunion."
