Very minimal with the decor and random furniture in the livingroom room/dining room but doesnt affect the stay. We just used it for one night while our pup had surgery and we worked from the house: it was a place to sleep. Host left extras in the kitchen which was nice like granola bars, coffee, tea, mini cereal boxes, etc which was a nice touch. A little dusty but maybe expected in an older house if it has...
