"It would be nice if they would provide hand towels and a dishcloth in the rooms. Only 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, and a shower floor towel provided. Not sure what you are suppose to dry your hands on other than the bath towels."

"Nicely remodeled, but the room layout, room 203, was not ideal or well done. . .door to shower and toilet very tight space. Walking around to far side ( window side) of the bed was an obstacle course and really tight squeeze. Nice wall covering in shower toilet room, but sloppily finished. A fifteen dollar " deposit" from my credit card was charged upon check in. At check out I was told that this would be refunded by the bank in a day or two. Given that I did not purchase anything why is this not immediately refunded at check out?"
