"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was so private and peaceful. Other than the sound of the odd snowmobile in the distance, we didn’t hear as much as a hint of civilization. The cottage was bright and clean. We loved the wood stove and the outside wood fired sauna. We even managed to dig out the outdoor fire pit for a winter campfire. Lovely private trails as well. "One very specific reason to stay at this house is it’s a fantastic fun space that’s newly renovated and it’s within walking distance of the shops. The pictures of the place do not do it justice. It’s a fairly large cottage home with front and back Muskoka rooms. The kitchen is a nice big area and the dining room is perfect for 4 to 5 people. It will leave you smiling when you arrive and sad to leave. "

"Overall we had a good stay. House is in a fantastic location and close to everything we were wanting to do. It was big enough for 6 of us to be comfortable and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was pretty much stocked with everything needed (maybe just a few more utensils - mostly forks). The natural light from all the windows was wonderful! Alona was very responsive to anything we asked about and even provided us with a bit of a later checkout! She was fabulous...

"We had an excellent time staying in this cottage. There was enough space for everyone. on a beautiful shallow lake, great for young kids. Walking distance into downtown Sundridge with a beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store and a fresh water spring close by to refill drinking water. We would definitely stay again. Only downside was having to take our garbage with us in the end and we were not provided a ticket from the host to drop off at the local dump. Otherwise excellent place for families...

"We truly enjoyed our stay. Home was exactly as described. Very spacious and well equipped. We loved the snow. It’s about 25 minutes to Arrowhead Provincial Park for skating and cross country skiing. We also hiked a 1.5 km trail near the house. "

"The cabin was equipped with everything needed to make us comfortable. Nice deck with a view of the water through the trees. Across the dirt road and down a staircase there is a dock, lots of deck chairs and an awesome private beach. We will definitely stay again."

"Cottage is even better than the pictures. Fabulous location with lots of parking. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. We all enjoyed heated floors in bathroom as despite it just being October it was cool and we even saw some snow"

"When I was choosing a place to stay in Huntsville, a fireplace and hot tub were essential to relax after a day out in the cold. The Muskoka room has that. I also appreciated being able to cook meals.Excellent location, easy check-in. I was surprised this was attached to a home- I expected it to be a small cottage.
