"Private cabin surrounded by cedars and steps away from the lake. Spacious great room with a cozy electric fireplace. Two big decks to enjoy the outdoors. My friend is recovering from surgery and this was a wonderful place to relax, cook, and just hang out. It would be even better in summer as two paddle boards and a small kayak are provided. "

"This is a great place to stay. I’m working at the oil refinery and it was super nice being so close to everything and pretty affordable. Bev was communicative and understanding. Just make sure if you have a semi loud car that you park down the street or don’t let it idle to early or too late, out of respect. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much at the cottage, it was perfect for our multi generational family. It was exactly as advertised and the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in, We got spoiled cooking on the amazing gas stove! The cottage is about 20-25 min to Fairhaven historic district/Western WA and only 15 min to whatcom falls park, gorgeous this time of year! We would highly recommend staying here and we will be back! "Came for a family wedding. Stayed at Cottage House with other family staying at the Oasis house on grounds. Very peaceful. Oh by the way you need to attend to the on-site patio restrooms which are filthy and leaf strewn. Not useable. Otherwise good"

"This property is recently updated, has a large bathroom and fridge. We found it clean and the parking in the alley was not bad. The neighbors are not sketchy. And the home is close to a lot of nice restaurants and bars. We dined at Anthony’s that is right up the road. I would recommend this property to stay at when you visit Anacortes!"
