" We decided to upgrade from tenting to glamping at the last minute, and it turned out to be the best choice! "The wifi did not work for our entire stay - we tried multiple times to talk to the front desk and were told it would be fixed, but nothing was resolved and no communication or updates. We were then told we would get a call from the General Manager after we checked out but did not receive a call. We are international travellers so not having wifi or internet was extremely inconvenient. "

"Enjoyed my 4 nights at this hotel, very central for shopping and sightseeing. Rooms were very clean. Was able to park underneath, however it is first in first serve. It would be nice if parking space is allocated for each room. I was not aware that Quay Street is the main arterial road to Bargara - a bit tricky trying to cross the road to look at shops in the mall.
