"Great distance from the Convention Center. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved the nugget ice machines available on the floors! Only complaints - no microwave in the room and fan on the equipment always ran - did not appear to have an off selection. Room temp was comfortable, just the noise at night."

"The entire staff was friendly and professional, from kitchen to housekeeping and front desk. *However, the hotel needs a makeover. Hotel furniture: chairs in the lobby/ dining area are worn, or ripped. The room sofa was covered with stains. - flipping the cushions showed worse. "

Staybridge Suites Baltimore - Inner Harbor, an IHG Hotel

"Great property for Inner Harbor, aquarium, Little Italy experience. Wish they mentioned the room service but partially my fault for not checking about it and we came in late. They have late check in till 2am and that was important because our flight came in at 10pm at BWI. We just uber there and we’re able to check in around 11pm. Nice breakfast included and cheaper than the Homewood Suites. Coffee tasted good! The city felt safe and relatively clean but many homeless. I was impressed with the property as they treated the homeless with dignity."
