Basement has a Queen sized sleeper sofa, full size washer and dryer. TVs and internet on all levels. Large screened porch with gas fire table and a gorgeous lake view. Lake access. Covered dock with available slip. Boat and trailer parking available. Five minute walk to downtown Clarksville business and restaurant area. 3 acre dog park across from cabin is available for use

Amazing log cabin in Clarksville
Great place on a beautiful property with gracious hosts. Have stayed here many times before and the hosts have always been very welcoming and very good at communication. Would stay again or recommend without hesitation.

Lake Kerr cabin
This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Very open floor plan. Lots of board games for the family. The owners are absolutely amazing. Grounds r kept very clean and neat. There’s a beautiful dog park that u can use if u bring ur pet. Gorgeous view of the lake. We will be staying again.

Our stay was a great one. Our whole family stayed for a couple days and wife and I for the rest of visit. Jim Moody was an excellent host. I guess if I had to complain about anything it would be the uncomfortable of the sofa beds.A positive note is our sons dog loved the properties dog park.

Quick get away!
Jim and Mona are the best host! They make sure you have what you need and always go above and beyond. The dog park is a great addition and so convenient. We love being able to walk to town and back. The dock has plenty of room to hang out and just relax in the water. It is covered so if you need to get out of the sun you are able too.

Fantastic spot.
All around great place to stay. The grounds were gorgeous, beautiful views and great outdoor spaces. We loved swimming in the lake, relaxing on the patio overlooking the water. The cabin was well stocked, beautifully decorated and comfortable furnishings. Plenty of room for everyone. The hosts have gone above and beyond to create a wonderful relaxing environment. Close walk to a town with restaurants and shops. Would love to stay here again.

Family long weekend vacation
We had an awesome time relaxing floating in the lake as always! Great covered dock to put your boat! Brewery is across the cove so when they have music it’s like your right there. This is like our 4th stay we will be back! Jim and his wife are the best host, they are so kind and friendly!

Great Spot
The cabin was perfect. Sitting on the screened-in porch with a cup of coffee inthe morning, then move to our place by the water. Clarkville is a great town to relax. Everything within walking distance or a short drive. Sorry we had to leave early. Thanks!

Lake life!
We usually RV camp in the NC side and wanted to try something different. We had a blast!! The house is very clean, beds are comfy and the AC was cold. Huge stocked kitchen with more than enough utensils and cooking items. We loved the two full bathrooms. The many TVs were a hit with the kids and the dock was really nice for the boat and fishing. We had a great time, very cute little town too!!

Family Gathering
The cabin is amazingly beautiful, tastefully decorated. We had a family gathering event for a celebration of life, which is wanted to have on the large beautiful patio overlooking the water, but the rain moved us inside. Jim & Mona were excellent hosts they made sure we had everything we needed for our family’s day, offering extra chairs & tables if I needed. I highly recommend this cabin for small events, weddings, family gatherings. It’s beautiful! Jim & Mona are excellent hosts.

Great Cabin
I was very impressed by the log cabin. It was super clean, wonderfully decorated, with updated bathrooms, and the overall feel was like living in a bass pro shop near Christmas. The only issue was in the listing it says that you have use of the washer/dryer but there was a note on the washer that said guests are not to use them. So, pack accordingly, I didn't. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

Jim and his wife were amazing host! Even tho they were not on sight they made sure that we had everything we needed and So Much more to enjoy our stay! Great Family Cabin, Kind Owners
We stayed on the property for an extended weekend. The location was ideal, and the cabin was decorated beautifully. The property owners were available if needed as the cabin sits on the same property, but were not intrusive at all. Just as a heads up the kings size bed was two twins on one frame, but comfy enough. The swim spa located next to the property owners house was a nice treat. The property has a lot to offer. If you have kids I 100% recommend the state park splash pad that's less that 10 minutes away and $7 gives you all day access my 5 year old loved it.

Great Lake Weekend
We had a great time at this cabin in Clarksville. We launched our boat at Occoneechee Boat Launch which was so convenient to get to the open slip available for us at the house. The grounds were beautiful and had so much to offer. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and boating. The house was so clean and upmost quality. It is a pretty good walk to get to the dock and stairs in the cabin so if walking is an issue, this should be noted. We absolutely loved our time here - just wish it could have been a longer stay. Jim and Mona were great hosts and have gone above and beyond to make this rental something very special. Absolutely would love to come back in the future.
