"Property was perfect for us. Clean with everything we needed. This is a simple rustic type place, nothing fancy, but like I said: clean, spacious, good kitchen, beds were comfy, hot water for showers. View off the deck was beautiful. Watched a loon one morning while drinking my coffee. No complaints and would stay again!"

"Well this was a surprise. We arrived later in the evening and the cabins were kind enough to call and let us know how to access the cabins. When we got there it was very dire, however. it is possible most of the tenants are AT hikers and don't care about accommodations, but that isn't us. It was the first time i 5 years my husband wanted to leave right away and find another place to leave. The bath sink was held up by a radiator due to someone having pulled it off the wall. Spiders and cobwebs...

"This waterfront home is better than you could image. The sunsets from the porch are just magical and something that is going to bring us back. Everything was provided for kayaking, having a fire, cooking a home, family game night. The house is so close to the Baxter state park entrance and the few restaurants in the area. "This is an old house that has been renovated and it's so well done! The downstairs is unique and quirky and we loved it. The kitchen has everything you could need. The downstairs bedroom and attached bath/laundry room was perfect for my sister-in-law.
