"The house was in a great location for us to use our UTV right from the house, convenient parking of our trailer, sunset was beautiful from the house; however, the house seems to have a spider problem. We would get up every morning and go through freshly made spider webs to go to the bathroom. Several baby spiders had a trail up the wall in the master bathroom. "We visited with a group of seven to go offroading. We had two trucks and two trailers and the lot had plenty of room for both trucks and trailers. We had plenty of room in the house for all of us, and the house was even better than the pictures showed. We enjoyed our evenings sitting out by the fire, looking up at the La Sal Mountains in the background. Will definitely consider this house again for future stays."
