This hotel is beautiful. All of the staff is nice, respectful and competent. My room had problems and they came to fix things immediately. The rooms are small but are designed moderately well. But it's inconvenient to have to go to the second floor into a restaurant to cross over to your building. I didn't like the fact that I had old sheets. The balcony door was also locked but probably because of safety concerns. That meant that the only source of natural light I had was either outside of my room or the bathroom window. All of the drains were clogged and the filter in my AC unit had to be replaced by the time I got there. I believe if they make more maintenance rounds this place could be nicer. Ultimately I was happy with the place for the price. But I do believe they could do better. Once again, they have an amazing staff and I really appreciate all the service provided to me by their staff.

Overall very nice stay but can tell from furniture there are old stains and wear and tear. Feels Kind of unhygienic. But the bed was amazing and staff was very good. Thank you

The best part of this property is the kids area/pool/activities. I felt they really catered well to families. I also appreciated their housekeeping team - room was always cleaned and serviced when we were out in the morning. We also loved the breakfast buffet - great value for the price.

I have been twice in this property, they recognize me as return customer. Very friendly staffs abd beautiful scene from my room
