"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. "The hotel property and grounds were beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good. It's a great base for exploring the area. The only issue we had was probably due to us travelling in the off season. It was very difficult to find many open restaurants for dinner.
